一、教材内容分析
本模块的内容是谈论自己和他人拥有的物品,谈论交通工具及交通方式。
第二单元的文情景则是在Daming 调查了Sam一家出行时选择的交通方式后,Lingling 向Daming 询问了调查的结果,Daming 向Lingling 一一说明Amy 骑自行车上学,Sam 坐公共汽车上学,MrSmart 开车上班,Ms Smart 走路上班。

语言知识:功能:谈论自己和他人拥有的物品,谈论交通工具及交通方式。语法:I’ve got … Have you got…? Yes , I have . No, I haven’t. He/ She goes to school by …. 词汇:have got, sweater, bed ,line, about, animal ,sport, haven’t (got) = have not (got) ,dress, coat, T-shirt, has got hasn’t (got) = has not (got) ,by ,bus, car. 听说:I’ve got … Have you got…? Yes , I have . No, I haven’t. He/ She goes to school by ….读写:have got, haven’t (got) = have not (got) by ,bus, car. 情感态度:在小组活动中与其他同学积极配合和合作。文化意识:在学校和日常交际中,能初步注意到中外文化的异同。任务:调查同学上学时采取的交通方式。

本单元的学习内容围绕着自己拥有的新东西进行,孩子们愿意展示自己的新东西,并且愿意认识自己身边的东西,更乐于交流。

1.Warmer
Have the students say the different types of transport that they see in China . Write their suggestions on the board.
Example:
Bus bike car walk train motorcycle minibus taxi tram ferry lorry van
Note that I will need to help the students with the new vocabulary on the list.
Tell the students to copy the list.then explain that they will heat some means of transport mentioned in Activity 2,they should listen carefully and tick any items they hear that are on the list ( bike , bus , car, walk)
1.Listen and chant.
Extend the chant by replacing the words of transport with other words introduced in the warmer.
Example:
T: Where’s the cap?
He’s got a car . It’s a nice car.
Write ‘he’s got / She’got…’on the board , and ask the students if their mother/father has got a bike or a car.
2.Listen and say.
After listening to the tape , do further practice of the present tense with the class.
Draw this grid on the board:

Mr Smart
Ask the class questions to help me complete the grid with ticks in the right box.
Example:
T: How does Amy go to school?
Ss: She goes to school by bike.
T: How does Mr Smart go to work?
Ss: He goes to work by car.
Write the questions on the board and have the students ask and answer in pairs.
3. Look and say.
For homework , get the students to find out how their parents go to work.
In class , get some of the students to stand up and read out their sentences.
