目标

1、能够听、说、读、写本课时四会句子:Why do you like suer ? Because I can swi in the lake 。 Why do you like winter ? Because I can sleep a long tie . 并能在情景中正确运用。

2、理解意义并能正确回答问题和书写答句。

3、能够听录音完成Let’s check的内容

重难点

重点:听、说、读、写四会句子。

难点:掌握because引导的状语从句。

教具准备

图片、单词卡片、录音机、录音磁带

教学过程

Step1、Preparation

1、Free talk

T: What’s the weather like today? S: It’s ….

T: Which season do you like best? S: I like ….

T: Why do you like suer ? S: Because I can …..

2、Let’s sing 《What’s your favourite season?》

【设计意图】通过自由会话复习旧知,为新课的学习打好基础。英语歌曲吸引学生的注意,活跃课堂气氛,激发学习兴趣。

Step2、Pre-reading

T: Let’s read a story about Zoo and Zip. First let’s look at the pictures.(呈现本课的挂图)

Teacher and students discuss the pictures together : Which season is it now ?

What are they doing ?

【设计意图】通过呈现挂图,让学生整体感知故事内容,使后面的阅读更容易。

Step3、In-reading

1、reading

T: Read it carefully ,answer the questions.

Which season does Zip like ? Why ?

What is Zoo’s favourite season ? Why ?

3、Read and write.

T : Now you read the story again and answer the questions in you book .

(师指导书写,找生板演,集体订正 )

【设计意图】通过三遍阅读,培养学生良好的阅读习惯,训练学生的阅读速度和阅读理解能力,最后的书写答题又起到了检测阅读效果的作用。

4、Listen to the tape and repeat .

5、Students read aloud in groups .

Step4、 Post-reading

Retell the story in English。

【设计意图】通过让学生复述课,巩固阅读效果,培养学生综合运用语言的能力,特别对一些学习能力强的同学提出更高层次的要求,培养学优生。Xk b1

1)教师发给每位学生一张表格,学生拿出准备好的有关四个城市的材料四人一组做小组活动。教师可先仿照学生用书进行示范,然后让学生在小组内开展对话,完成表格。

示范:T:When is the best tie to go to BeiJjing?

S:Fall

T: What is the weather like in fall?

S: It’s sunny and cool.

T: What can I do there?

S: You can go to the Great Wall.

【设计意图】通过让学生合作完成任务型活动,把所学语言与实际生活相联系,更加注重培养学生实际运用语言的能力,真正做到学以致用。

小结本课内容。

做基础训练上的相应练习题。

做23页Let’s check 。

书写课堂作业。
